The company will only use the personal data that you have provided us to ensure that we can deliver the services that you require - we will not be sharing the personal information with any third parties apart from a vet if necessary.

Your data will be stored on the secure website plaftform Wix if you enquire using the form.  Any personal data that you provide us over email, telephone or the onboarding form will be stored on our secure google drive only accessible by the company; in a paper format in a folder which is locked away on our premises when not in use; and your telephone number and name will be on the company phone which is password protected.

You have the right to ask the company to destroy your personal data which we will do once requested apart from any data which we are required to hold onto by East Hampshire District Council or by law.
