Hands on Help

Looking for a way to make a real difference at St Mary's, a chance to get involved, to make a contribution and give back to our very special school? Remember, as a parent, you're already part of the PTA, and every contribution, big or small, makes a difference for your child and their classmates. 

We know you're busy, but even a little help can go a long way. Here's how you can you can help in just a few minutes, hours, or however much time you can spare:

Become a Stall Sensation

1 - 2 Hours

Calling all creative minds and helping hands!  Maybe you're a dab hand at face painting,  or just fancy manning the cake stall. Perhaps you've got an idea for a game or enjoy running the BBQ, bar, or bottle tombola.  Bring your own idea or be matched with a fun task.

 

Become a Fundraising Fabulist

Flexible time commitment

Got a brilliant fundraising idea? Don't be shy! Perhaps you have a knack for organising a silent auction with amazing local donations.  Maybe you've seen a viral fundraising challenge that would be perfect for our school! No idea is too out-of-the-box!  The PTA is here to support you as you turn your fundraising vision into reality.

Become a Costco Crusader

Weekly, on your own time

Add a few PTA-approved items to your regular Costco run, and get reimbursed for your heroic deed. Think snacks for bake sales, tablewear, or anything else we needed to make events a smash!

Become a Grant Guru

Flexible time commitment

Do you have a way with words and a knack for research? Lend your grant-writing expertise to the school! Help us secure funding for exciting new resources and programs for the school. Read more about Grant Applications here.
